Several other health and social service agencies share space in our building at 620 Wing Street in Elgin. We strive to provide a continuum of care for all individuals served by our agency and maintain highly collaborative relationships with these organizations that include:
Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Fox Valley
VNA of Fox Valley is a humanitarian, not-for-profit organization based on the concept that each individual has the right to quality health care and is to be treated with dignity. VNA has been at the forefront of health services in the Fox Valley area since 1918, bringing exceptional nurse-centered care wherever it’s needed.
Community Contacts, Inc. (CCI) / Housing Continuum, Inc. (HCI)
Established in 1978, Community Contacts, Inc. (CCI) is a private, not-for-profit human service organization helping elderly, economically disadvantaged and disabled individuals and families to continue living safely and independently. It does so through programs that assist with the payment of home energy costs, home repair and rehabilitation and home weatherization. Housing Continuum, Inc. (HCI) is a separate, private, not-for-profit organization established in 1997. It is a Certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) that addresses affordable housing in our community.
Two Rivers Head Start Agency
Two Rivers Head Start Agency seeks to alleviate the effects of poverty by providing education, support services and opportunities for children, families and communities.
Kane County Health Department
The Kane County Health Department offers programs that are focused on keeping families healthy and are designed to provide the necessary foundation to give families a head start to long and healthy lives.
Aunt Martha's Youth Care Services
Aunt Martha’s offers a variety of programs and services designed to provide a full continuum of care for children, teens and families in Illinois. These resources form a spectrum of care that includes: child welfare, community-based healthcare, juvenile justice and prevention services.
